Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at sakinahhaven.uk@gmail.com.
